Working With Transport Industry Power Protection
Secure Power over the past year has landed a number of large contracts. These have varied across numerous industries, with the most recent being in the transport industry. The contract they have acquired is based at numerous sites right across the United Kingdom.
Power protection in the transport industry is essential, as it helps manage signalling not to mention other important systems that manage the given type of transport.
Without using efficient power management systems, through UPS and generators, it could lead to the breakdown of any given transport type. In a developed country such as the UK, this could have devastating effects on transport in the area of the break in power. The initial order came in March, which secured an initial 56 sites, for supply, site survey, installation and maintenance. These installations are taking place over the next few months, simply due to the number of sites involved. Working with such large contracts puts obvious pressure on Secure Power, with multiple site surveys and installations, not to mention the transportation of stock. The logistical demand on the contract was large, but Secure Power has shown its professionalism in carrying out each site project to the highest possible standard.
Jonathan Morley the Managing Director of Secure Power was extremely pleased to be working with such a large organisation in the transport industry. We are pleased to have secured a large transport contract, over 56 sites. We are glad that every installation has been a success, showing how efficient and reliable Secure Power is.
After winning the initial contract in March, they are now beginning work on the second batch due to the success and reliability shown with the installations since March. This contract will secure another large number of sites, further exhibiting the reliability of the business. Secure Power in time hopes to release this as an official case study, which will be available on request. If you have any needs in the transport industry for power management please do not hesitate to contact Secure Power via 0844-567-9770.
