What’s your role and what do you do at Secure Power daily?
I’m an Internal Business Development Manager, and my day-to-day role at Secure Power consists of answering calls and inbound enquiries, planning and organising new business development, chasing quotes and amending them to suit customer’s requirements, and making sure that our customers are always happy with the service we provided.
What do you most enjoy about your role?
What I most enjoy about working at Secure Power and what gives me job satisfaction is bringing on new business and helping them with their power requirements. This knowing that organisations are protected from any potential power losses gives me a sense of achievement. I enjoy winning orders and helping companies have a contingency plan in place which adds great value to the customer and to Secure Power.
How do you feel about being recognised as Employee of the Month?
I’m very happy to be recognised as the best employee for the month of October, and I have to say that the relaxed and fun Secure Power office environment helps me to enjoy what I do and to work hard.
Any plans of how you going to use your Employee of the Month prize?
As for my prize, I treated myself to a few drinks and Chinese food which is one of my favourite cuisines.
