Emerson To Vertiv Migration Is Now Complete

Back in 2016 Emerson completed the sale of its Network Power business to a group of investors. One of the first things undertaken was a rebranding phase to establish the new brand of Vertiv in the UPS market place. The recent rebranding phase for Emerson to Vertiv is about to celebrate its first anniversary in the next few months and we have been busy making sure that the transition during 2017 within our business and our customer base has been highly effective. We have already seen major benefits as a result of the rebranding.

Vertiv designs, builds and services critical infrastructure that enables vital applications for data centers, communication networks and commercial and industrial facilities. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the company is a leading provider of thermal management, A/C and D/C power, transfer switches, services and information management systems for the data centre and telecommunications industries. Emerson recently reported that the Network Power business had sales of approximately $4.4 billion in fiscal 2016. We look forward to working with Vertiv for many years.
